We'll let you in on a little secret: in our kitchen, we make our own spreadable kefir (a type of cheese from the Caucasus, perfect for boosting your immune system), delicious spiced jams, and juices. The other products we use are local and carefully selected: fresh cheese from the market, traditional wood-fired breads, corn, rice, and wheat cereals, and seasonal fruits.
 
We serve a buffet breakfast or, on some occasions, a Pepe's breakfast served directly to your table. Our guests rate it as excellent, and it caters to various dietary needs.

Enjoy our house coffee, a blend of the best Ecuadorian and Colombian beans, along with a variety of teas throughout the day.

Bacatá Snacks & Beverages
